They have fucked up everything in delicious ways and then mixed it all up together and fried it up for you - awesome! They have fried mini churro bites filled with cinnamon goo up in here, too! Rad. I've been a fan since even before the kangaroo meat rumors, the e coli deaths, the creepy clown-in-your-cabinet commercials and the current "the tacos are vegan cause they're made out of seitan" internet rumor - wait - DUDE! You weren't one of those vegans that started eating the tacos here because you "heard" they were vegan, were you? Oh my god, hold on a second while I mock you: BBWWWAAAAHHAAAHHAAHAHAHA [deep breath]BWAAAAHHHAAAAAHAAAHAHA!!! Yeah, it's seitan - beef flavored seitan!!! HA! Ohhhh, shit - that is ridiculously hilarious - never put your veganism in the hands of a CLOWN. Two words - beef suet. Mmmmm....fries.... And since I am not a vegan today... The tacos here were hot and delicious and handed to me with a smile and they were two for 99 cents and And AAAAND - they cut up the tacos and make NACHOS out of the cut up taco pieces! I told you they were evil geniuses!!! But...WTF is up with the slick "Jack" in cursive/gray-cast exterior? AND no giant impaled orb of a clown head out front? Duuuude - I almost didn't even recognize it until I ate like the second or third taco.

Terrible! The chicken was tough and old...it had obviously been sitting for quite some time. I was really disappointed, Jack In The Box in California locations are much much better. There is a reason this place is empty at dinner time on a Thursday night.

Just about 30 minutes to get our food. Everything with was super greasy. The fries stale like they had been sitting for quite some time. The employees seemed like they didn't know what was going on. The tables were all dirty and napkin holders were messed up.

Jack in the box was one of the only drive thru fast food restaurants I would eat at in California. I don't know if it's that this is the only JITB for MILES but this one seriously sucks. I feel like it's been neglected or something. They need a quality control team to come in and show these people whats up. My food tasted nothing like it should. Like another reviewer said, barely edible!

NOTHING is edible here but the milkshakes. The hamburger I got looked like someone sat on it. I don't know what butt actually tastes like but this seems pretty close. Just don't eat here.

I really like munchy meals at Jack In The Box, but this location is horrible. Last time we came it took 5 minutes for the guy to admit they had food. Tonight we went through the drive through around 10:30pm and had to deal with a lot of swearing. D***, Mother f**ker and F**k. Multiple times, thank goodness kids were not in our car during thus drive! No more nights here

I've been a patron to Jack in the Box since 1991 in California. One staple they always had was great crunchy tacos! Back then it was 3 for a $1, but I understand a dollar doesn't go as far as it used to. When they opened one up here in Colorado Springs I was so happy I could enjoy the same meals as I did when I was a kid. I know it's just fast food, but it's a great nostalgic past time for me too. You can imagine my dismay when I did my go to order 8 tacos and a lrg curly fry only to get 8 soggy grease balls and some undercooked frys. When it first opened they really were making it just as great as I remember. Now they seem to not even care... I don't know the issue, but I really wish they would fix it. For now.... steer clear.

If I want fast food around here this is where I go. Super friendly employees are probably the nicest I've encountered at any fast food place in my life. They also haven't screwed up my order making them the only fast food place in the springs that has that distinction for me.

As fast food goes I would place them higher on the food chain then McDonald's and Burger King. The location was clean, service was prompt. No complaints.

I was really excited that there is a Jack in the Box back in Colorado Springs again. I was slightly disappointed that their menu was not the same as the menu on the website. I had a Sourdough Jack Burger, appetizer sampler, huge coke, and curly fries. All of it was delicious.
